Preshia Paulding never expected to turn into Judy Garland.

She liked the old movies well enough – “Meet Me in St. Louis,” “Easter Parade,” “The Wizard of Oz” – but she had her eye on a different role when she auditioned for “Judy’s Scary Little Christmas,” a campy little comedy StageWest put on in 2005.
